Long Term Relationship
Foreign Domestic Workers come from diverse backgrounds. To acclimatize and train these foreign domestic workers, we provide an intensive three-months training at a Swift's own training center in Jakarta ; thereby, ensuring that they will be successful in carrying out their duties.
We have also conducted training for our foreign domestic workers with the Singapore Defence Force (SCDF) on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and fire fighting techniques.
